With Genoa Telepsychiatry, patients receive care in the comfort of their local clinic, in their home or any other location as currently allowed during the COVID-19 public health emergency. For patients seen on-site, clinic staff will lead patients into a private room where they will be able to see their psychiatrist or advanced practice nurses through a HIPAA-compliant video software for intake and follow-up appointments. On-site clinic staff are available to take vitals, administer medications, and assist in the case of emergencies if needed. For patients seen at home, clinic staff confirm scheduling and assist them with any technology issues so they are ready to see their psychiatrists on time.

Our clinic partners contract for a specific number of hours per week. Services are delivered on regular schedule set times that have been mutually determined by the clinics and psychiatric providers.

Yes, tech training is included. Our team provides comprehensive training in advance so that all clinic staff and physicians are confident and comfortable with using the EMR and video conferencing software prior to their first telepsychiatry appointment.
